why does every map feel like it was made for camping? what happened to levels like wasteland where it was open and you could actually run? there is just WAY too many buildings and they feel too small, I run 10 feet from spawning and already die due to someone being there already

this is really my only problem with this game

I'd say the maps are actually the opposite - there are way more small maps that are focused on running and gunning rather than camping. I've rarely come across anyone - just snipers, really - that sits in one place for any period of time.

Maybe you should try modes like Kill Confirmed or something, that don't really encourage camping for victory too.

Why would even buy the game and then complain about camping? Why wouldn't people camp? It's the easiest way to get kills and killstreaks.

People still camp in Kill Confirmed, and it's kind of amusing.

I go into Call of Duty games knowing full well that a good 1/3 of the people I'll play against will be camping. That's what happens when you have a game that rewards that type of thing.

"We lost that game of Domination/CTF/Kill Confirmed because I was sitting in a corner all match? Oh well, I went 35 and 3! Woohoo, new unlocks!"

Camping is a part of combat. It wouldn't make sense for soldiers to run around like headless chickens. Just be more tactical in your movements. Leapfrog and cover each other.
