I've wrote down everything I've seen in this video. They didn't show off everything so there's no list of the shotguns, light machine guns, snipers, perk 3, etc. I've been working on this for a while and I don't even like CoD much so please read if you're interested in this game. So far, it seems like.... Call of Duty. Nevermind the first few facts on this list they're there for humorous reasons.

You can play as Africans. 
I hate that red dot sight.
The new game mode is called Kill Confirmed and you need to collect enemy dogtags to gain points. It says Denied Kill when the enemy team recovers their dogtags. It says Kill Confirmed when you get a collect an enemy's dogtag. 
Instead of doing challenges for guns like getting x amount of kills with x gun, the guns get experience and level up so you unlock things like that for your guns.  
Your guns get something called Proficiencies which kind of seem like perks for the guns. One is called kick and gives your gun less recoil. 
I'm guessing Juiced is a deathstreak perk. It let's you move faster for 7 seconds after spawning. 
They've taken out the nuke killstreak (obviously), OMA (whatever that is), lightweight, marathon, and commando. 
Overkill and Extreme Conditioning make a return. Sitrep, Sleight of Hand and Steady Aim are still there.  
Your custom classes have something in there called Strike Package. When you go to Strike Package, it says Assault, Support and Specialist. These killstreaks are basically class based. Assault will give you fighting based killstreaks while support gives you killstreaks that help your team.
The highest level I've seen so far is level 78. 
 

Killstreaks for the Assault part of Strike Packages. I think these killstreaks restart after you die, so you'll have to get your kills up again.

I.M.S.: The intelligent munitions system device detects and eliminates enemy combatants. You need 5 kills for this. It's basically a giant claymore. Can be seen at the ending of the horde mode trailer for MW3.
Strafe Run: Strafing run of 5 attack helicopters. You need 9 kills for this. So 5 helicopters just fly through a straight line shooting anything that moves is my guess.
Little Bird Guard: Get personal air support from a little bird guarding. You need 9 kills for this. I'm guessing this helicopter follows you and kills enemies ahead of you and such. 
Reaper: Lase missile targets remotely from the Reaper UAV. 9 kills. I have no clue really. 
Assault drone: Airdrop an assault drone. 10 kills. Common sense guys.
Juggernaut: Receive advanced armor via carepackage. 15 kills.
Osprey Gunner: Be the gunner of an Osprey delivering several carepackages. 17 kills. I'm guessing a chopper gunner that let's you drop carepackages. 
  
The Osprey Gunner is the last one there with 17 kills. The old killstreaks for this Assault class are UAV, Care Package, Predator Missile, Sentry Gun, Precision Airstrike, Attack Helicopter, AC130 and Pave Low.
 
Killstreaks for the Support class part of Strike Packages: These killstreaks persists though death. I'm guessing you keep killstreaks after dying so you won't restart with a 0 killstreak. 
 
UAV: 4 kills 
Counter UAV: 5 kills. 
Ballistic Vests: Deply a bag of ballistic vests to your team. 5 kills. It gives a little bit of extra health for a small amount of time. Your teammates have to go to the package with these vests to get one.
Airdrop Trap: Kill enemies with a booby-trapped airdrop crate. 5 kills. Basically a rigged care package.
Sam Turret: 8 kills. 
Recon Drone: Control a recon drone targeting enemies for your team. 10 kills.
Advanced UAV: Call in an Orbital Recon that shows the direction your enemy is facing. 12 kills.
Remote Turret: Toss a small turret and remotely control it.12 kills.
Stealth Bomber: 14 kills.
EMP: Temporarily disables enemy electronics.18 kills. 
Juggernaut Recon: Receive advanced armor via carepackage.18 kills. Also has a mini radar around him so teammates can stick with him.
Escort Airdrop: 18 kills.

New perks, even though they do what the perks they took out did. Just different names now. 

Blind Eye Pro: Launchers lock on quicker Extra Bullet damage versus air support and sentries. 
Assassin Pro: Immune to CUAV and Emp. No red crosshair or name when targeted. 
Marksman Pro: Hold breath longer. 
Stalker: ? 
Quickdraw Pro: Recover from equipment and grenade usage quicker. 
Steady Aim Pro: Makes your weapons ready faster after sprinting. 
  
Sub Machine Guns: 
 
MP5: Fully automatic, close range.
UMP45: Fully automatic, close range. 
PP90M1: Fully automatic, high rate fire. 
P90: Unlocked at Level 38 
PM-9: Unlocked at 56, Japanese gun that is similar to the Uzi.
MP7: Unlocked at 74
  
Assault Rifles:  

M4A1: Fully automatic, all purpose weapon.
M16A4: 3 round burst.
SCAR-L: Fully automatic, all purpose weapon.
CM901: Fully automatic, all purpose weapon.
Type 95: Unlocked at 32
G36C: Unlocked at 42
ACR 6.8: Unlocked at 50 
MK14: Unlocked at 60
AK-47: Unlocked at 68
FAD: Unlocked at 78. Peruvian gun.

Shouldn't this be in the MW3 forum? Anyways, yeah I saw some of it and just went "oh well, that's the most time I'm gonna spend with that game" .. Looks good though, it's just not a game for me

i went all the way up to black ops, tomahawk made it interesting for months but they wont trick me into buying this whatsoever.

 I'll probably buy this on a Steam sale a few weeks before the next one comes out for 20 or 30 bucks.  It's nice to have a CoD game to get in and play a match or two when I don't want to commit an hour to playing a few rush matches in Battlefield.  Also, the guy playing is absolutely terrible.

If you think about it, shouldn't it have more credits now? There are a shitload more studios being grouped in to work on those games, at least MW 3 is.

I made it 3 minutes in and got REALLY bored... So I skipped in a couple a times, still nothing.. 
 
Even these pre release videos and gameplay fail to excite me, and that's still saying something considering I actually played most of the CoD games (even 1 and 2, yeah I used to be a fan of these series. All the way up until 4, actually, I was a big fan)

The guy playing is playing against COD fans who spent 150 dollars on a ticket to COD XP, and some who are there to try to win a million dollar tournament.  Most aren't your regular players.  That said, I didn't think he was very good either.

Looks like the most different call of duty in years.

I'm impressed and interested, not sure if I entirely trust their ambition though.

This is essentially the Madden of shooters now. Not that there's anything wrong with enjoying either, its just the fact that its a joyless rehash year after year, or as they like to say in the game, same shit different day.

Yeah, the menu's for custom classes were the only thing that stood out to me, as new. The graphics are a little shinier, but even the +100 XP text looked the same. Some of my friends are starting to feel same way about the state of CoD's production, so eh.

looks similar to mw2 but they seem to have taken out the gamebreaking perks and will probably be more fun than mw2.   I'll be playing skyrim though during mw3 release week so it'll probably be something i pickup next year on a steam sale.

It's LASE targets, not lose targets. It's done from a UAV, so it might be from a top down perspective. I hope there's something interesting about it, cause so far it sounds like every other killstreak reward.

For a second there I thought that this was about the 40 minutes of Campaign and I wondered why would they show more than half of the game?

I cant believe the hate on this game. The amount of dislikes on the call of duty videos. If the game sucks, it sucks. If its awesome, it'll be awesome. If they had made loads of changes the nerd rage would just be altered to "OMG THEY ARE COPYING BATTLEFIELD", but because they are adding to an already very popular game its "OMG NO CHANGES IT LOOKS LIKE THE OLD CALL OF DUTY" I feel so sorry for the guys making it! They can do no right.  
 
I think this is all playing into treyarch's hands so amazingly though.  They get 2 years to make the next call of duty game, and will be able to take on board all the information that arises from both MW3 and Battlefield 3. They will have to fight the uphill struggle of nerd rage but they are well poised to do a good job. 

The haters only wish there favorite game did COD numbers.  haha  men/women lie numbers don't.
