Has anyone had an issue with Surround sound not working properly on PC? I've noticed when an NPC is talking and I swing around, so that they're either on the side of me, or behind me, it's very muted or cuts off completely.

@m16mojo2: Yeah, I was having this issue. The fix for me was to go into control panel/hardware and sound/sound. Right click on your default device (Speakers. Realtek High Definition Audio) Click the advanced tab and change the sample rate to 24 bit 96000 Hz or lower. Make sure 5.1 is selected in your Realtek HD audio manager. Surround sound worked then.
