    Overview

    Cardinal Cross is a visual novel released on Steam and Itch and concerns Lana Brice, a Raider who scavenges inhospitable planets for valuable relics and scrap. Attempting to sell one such artifact on the black market puts her in the path of a rogue Egon, a very dangerous Intelligence agent for the central planetary government, who then pays her to transport him away from his pursuers in a hurry.

    The game has branching story paths and dialogue options that change how major NPCs view the protagonist, potentially leading to a romantic tryst with some characters and the possible deaths of others.
