    Fun narrative-driven puzzler

A fun puzzle game with a significant emphasis on child-friendly exploration and whimsical narrative. You constantly manipulate the map to aid the many happily amusing characters you meet across a variety of environments in your quest to get back home. The paper-like visuals are very pleasant and the humour or at least the genuine attempt thereof is instrumental in creating a consistently joyous atmosphere.

As much as I hate to admit, I personally found the game to be a little challenging at times, but remaining in that world trying to find the solution was always fun. If you explore each square and interact with the world enough you honestly get enough clues to know how to progress.

The individuality of each character works so well to breathe life into the game. I found myself caring for these characters even after the happy ending.

An appreciative palate-cleanser between more elaborate games.
