The SNES and Genesis versions of Ultimate MK3 introduced a new finisher called "Brutality." This would involve your character beating your opponent down with an extremely long kombo before the victim would explode into a shower of blood and body parts.
A feature in fighting games that sees the combatants say something unique to each other prior to the beginning of the fight. It has been popularlized by NetherRealm Studios' Mortal Kombat and Injustice games starting with MKX.
Games where attacks directed to the crotchal region cause much more damage than other areas, sometimes as a male-only phenomenon.
It's all in the family.
Finishing moves are typically moves that end a fight in a traditional fighting game.
Introduced in MK II, these new finishers would no longer kill or brutally beat down your opponent. Instead, your character would present them with a gesture of love and friendship, much to the announcer's disappointment.
Swearing, cursing, call it what you want. It is an expression of anger or frustration, in most cases.
