    The age old question - what is the version to buy? I'm pretty sure the game is roughly the same price on the PSN and XBL so is there a better version to buy? Does the PS3 release include the 360 add-ons?

    I'd go for the one you feel like you would have much more fun playing with. XBOX 360 has the add-ons, and i'm not too sure with the PS3 version.

    I'm mainly looking for off-line play with friends rather than online.
     
    I had heard that it was going to be released on PS3 and kind of thought it'd be there already. I'm leaning towards 360 but just wanted to double check that I won't miss out on something

    I find that the 360 controller is great for shooters and racing games, and the PS3 controller is great for action role playing and etc. 
    Although I would choose the console where you have more friends playing.

    Nobody plays the 360 version online, but the PS3 version will be new so there will be alot of people.

    did some more digging. it isn't out on the PS3 yet but seems to be coming soon. The PS3 version will include 8 player volleyball!
     
    I might wait this one out and see how the new release goes.
