    Does this game get better?

I'm not sure if I'm going to like this game. The combat is getting a bit repetitive at this point, but I am only on chapter 2. I am at the part where you need to go and find 2 keys for door switches for the first time. I'm wondering, does this game get better later on with additions to the combat and clearer exploration? Right now it just seems like I'm fumbling my way around different paths, with some 'okay' climbing/traversal mechanics, searching for glowing dead bodies.

Without spoiling too much: Will this game grow on me, or should I just call it quits and start playing some newly released games? Does the combat/magic system evolve at all?

    Thanks.

The combat system gets a bit more complex but what you have in the beginning of the game is pretty much all there is to it. There is a light/dark magic system that comes into play later in the game that helps to enhance combat a bit though. The beginning is kind of boring and it does get better after the first few chapters, but if you hate the beginning of the game, then the game really dosen't really change all that much. The game is really more about atmosphere and if you don't dig the feel of the game now, I doubt you will later.
