She is invited to the Endless Witch's tea party to witness and participate in the events of the Rokkenjima Game Board. Known as the Witch of Miracles, Bernkastel has the ability to grant miracles regardless of impossible odds as long as there exists a chance. She bears a strong resemblance to another character within the When They Cry universe.
