    Overview

    Chelsea is a unique female CAST that speaks with an accent and has a mostly organic appearance. The establishment where she worked before joining the Little Wing security firm was owned by the same woman who cared for Emilia Percival, but when it was closed, Chelsea and Emilia were entrusted to Kraz Muehler. Chelsea then transitioned into her role as a receptionist and accountant for Little Wing.  She also works part-time at a pub in the colony's main resort area.
