    This confused me...
    I thought a chicken should be an object.
    It is concrete, not abstract...
    Should it be an object and not a concept?

    It should be an object. Turkey is listed as an object, same should apply to chicken.

    It depends what you're talking about. If the chicken is dead and edible, then it should also be an object like "Fried Chicken" or something, but chickens are usually alive and they are a race, so that makes them a concept.

    Chicken is a concept since it describes a species. Roasted Chicken is an object that I ate earlier.

    Well thats kind of weird. Cause most games have male protagonists. The whole male protagonist thing came to my mind in another topic where I realized that I dont really know if it should be concept or not. But whatever chicken is a concept. its like all the types of pokemon are concepts, and goombas. its a race essentially.

    Chicken can be a concept when used to describe being a coward, but I agree that it makes more sense as an object.

    Yes. It is a species, just like Pokemon, which are all concepts.
