If anything, this at least gives me some level of assurance that they recognize the dangers of the catchphrase stuff going too far and getting driven into the ground. Much like with Portal, the originally funny-in-context cake joke got demolished by the community. One of my biggest fears about Portal 2 was that they'd go back and lean too heavily on those memes (and thankfully they didn't).

What I'm saying is that Contradiction is something very special and while I'd hate for its potential to get squandered, it seems to be safely in good hands.

Ha! Funny you should mention that. I'm in Indianapolis, an hour up the road from Edinburgh, and we have our own Indy Fringe Festival running today through August 23. Bring your play on the road! Surely Giant Bomb has shown that other people are not always hell.
