Although it would have been hilarious, I understand the need to have this moment cut from the game. I mean, just how would you explain a gigantic demon-dog shoving you up its own ass? Worse yet, how would you animate that sequence?

I think it would be sweet, I mean the whole going in the fishes mouth and through it is way overplayed in games, but imagine going up a dogs ass, going through it backwards, and coming out its mouth.

That would have been a sweet level, you could kill Cerberus from the inside like the Gears 2 worm.

What? I would havel oved this had they gone through with it. I mean, what we've seen of the game so far is relatively tame. A spalunking adventure through demonic tail would be great fun.

So a three headed demon dog somehow picks you up and puts you in his pooper?

Sounds like EA was trying to increase this game's "GTAness"...

What really sets me off is this comment in particular by the game's executive producer, Jonathan Knight:

This has got to be one of the dumbest things I have ever heard a game developer say.  Didn't reps at EA and Visceral Games claim that they were taking a mature approach to this project?  That they would be respectful of the source material?  Why in the circles of hell is the game's executive producer speaking so proudly of a scene in which they take the protagonist and shove him up a demon's asshole?  It's like he never read The Divine Comedy.  This isn't respectful of the source material, and it certainly isn't mature unless it's the M-rating  "gore and sex" form of mature.

I can't say that I ever was that interested in this game to begin with, but the above quote is the straw that broke the camel's back.  There's absolutely no way I am rewarding EA or Visceral for their stupefying immaturity and immense disrespect of the source material.
