    The last city building game I played was Zeus, as far as I can remember.
    Is this one easy enough to get into?
    Also, how important are the RTS elements?

    This is a very relaxed game. It's very hard to fail at this game. Just make sure people get their food, spices and cake. If you manage to get a good trade and production going you are set, before you know it you have a huge settlement, hopefully pretty looking and have a few colonies in the orient.
