Salvage is a comic book about space salvagers who stumble upon the Ishimura. All goes to hell as the government tries to reclaim the ship and the dormant Necromorphs start to wake up.
Aftermath is an animated movie about the, well, aftermath of the Aegis VII catastrophe. Apparently the government try to expose unknowing victims to the Marker in hopes of turning them into Marker blueprint carriers.
