Not that I hate rap, but that game shouldn't have been made. If it's going to be a music game, it should just be a music game with all genres.

Yeah - I need a new party game (even though there are probably better choices coming out later this fall). Might as well get the underdog of the bunch. The lack of early reviews have me a bit worried whether or not the final game is good, but we'll see.

@HitmanAgent47: I think this is the ultimate house party/ pre-drink game. Everytime you're at a party music is always blasting, my friends and I love to put up music videos on the big screen.  So it only makes sense to transition to rap battles before the bar, for better or for worse.

The game is going to be out today, for me it's going to be out in a few hours. If I can rent the game with the microphone, I would. If not I can also buy it later on sale, i'm sure in a few months there will be a price drop, however it seems like a fun game to try. I still say it's a bit expensive, however acceptable for the price of the bundle. It was either this game or dead rising 2. I only have the cash for one of those games.

I hope there is replay value, like trying to get better at a song. If you had an eyetoy, you can upload your performance to their site and battle ppl and stuff I think. I hope the dlc stuff is going to have alot of good tracks. I also don't know if i'm going to be any good at this game or not.
