Hmmm, where's my pre-order bonus codes or card? I pre-ordered from Gamestop (Canada if that matters, but it shouldn't), and when I went to pick it up I wasn't given a code or a card. I'm not entirely sure if it's on the receipt either, or at least I don't see anything that looks like an Xbox Live Marketplace redeem code on it.

It was supposed to be printed on the receipt. I to was boned on this deal as there was nothing on my receipt.
