    Defiance is a free-to-play MMO-shooter that coincides with events in a television series of the same name, depicting humans and aliens working together on a ravaged, mutated Earth. The game is multi-platform, but does not support cross-platform play.

    Is this going to be free to play or monthly subscription?

    I have no idea what this is, but in the current market of online games, any game that launches with a subscription fee is doomed to fail, so I would assume F2P.

    @ll_Exile_ll: i was hoping it was F2P , i was on there site and they say no subscription needed when i was looking at there pre-orders offers

    The game will be buy to play. You buy it at release, and there are no monthly subscriptions. It will use this model on both PC and consoles.
