Overview

Dementium Remastered comes with new difficulty modes: Normal, Hard, and Demented. Additionally, a manual save feature has been added that was previously only present in the European version of the first game as well as the sequel, Dementium II. The Circle Pad Pro and the New Nintendo 3DS'C-Stick are supported along with the touch screen controls from the original game. Enemy respawns have been taken out of the game and thus, once an enemy has been killed, it will stay dead.

On the visual front, the texture resolution has been increased, specular, detail, and normal maps have been applied to environments and enemies and the game has been fine adapted to run at 60 frames-per-second even in stereoscopic 3D. If the 3D is turned off, full- screen anti-aliasing will be applied.
