@jasonmasters: Saw this awhile back. Pretty sure that was also a reference to a specific Destiny streamer, Professor Broman, as well. He has been selling these T-Shirts since pretty soon after Destiny's launch in 2014. Xurios!

I think it had something to do with a joke they made on stream about how Xur only brought disappointment back then. Never the best Exotics. I'm sure it had something to do with how a lot of cereal boxes used to come with toys but they would always be garbage. But the reference he made was so long ago, all I really know of it is the T-Shirt campaign.
