I have Digimon World 1 and 3. I love 1, but I tried to play 3 and it kinda put me to sleep. I want to try a new Digimon game and I know the quality of these can be iffy, so I was wondering which ones would be recommended.
Digimon World for PS1 was one of the most boring games I have ever played.
I bought it because I liked the show and expected it to be like Pokemon, but it turned out to be more of a raising sim/tamagotchi game rather than an RPG.
Every time your Digimon dies you have to start over with an egg -- where's the fun in that?!
I've been meaning to pick up one of the newer ones for DS, though (if they're not out of print yet), since they do play a lot like Pokemon games.
