Akatosh, also known as the God of Time, is the chief deity of the Nine Divines. Akatosh and his creation, Amulet of Kings were responsible for holding back the forces of Oblivion from invading Tamriel. The amulet's loss is one of the central plots of Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion.
