So some of the innocents have a star on their icon and the value is yellow instead of white. Does anybody know what this signifies, I can't find any info online?

Side note: this game is pretty fucking rad. The story is whatever, somewhat amusing but cliched anime tropes yada yada you know what you're getting with Disgaea. But the gameplay loop is still satisfying and there's so much to do, even before beating the main story.

If an Innocent has a star icon next to it, it has reached its max level.
