    Dodgeball is a game in which the purpose is to dodge balls being thrown at you, while also throwing balls at opponents in an attempt to hit them. Players hit by balls are kicked from the game immediately. In Mario Sports Mix, players lose health when the ball is hit by an opponent.

    Balls may be caught in mid-air and flung back, and long as the ball does not contact the player's body.
