Overview
Doomfist is the current leader of Talon, a terrorist organization in the Overwatch universe.
Play-style wise, he is a very up-close, physical character in that all of his abilities require him to launch himself and his weaponized fist into the enemy's face (with the exception if the hand cannon.)
Abilities
All of Doomfist's abilities were designed to be comboed together. For example, Seismic Slam to close in on an enemy, Rising Uppercut to launch them into the air, and finally knock them back with a fully charged Rocket Punch.
Hand Cannon
A short-range burst weapon that Doomfist fires from his left knuckles. It regenerates ammo automatically over a short time and cannot be manually reloaded.
Seismic Slam
Doomfist throws himself forward, smashing the ground and knocking nearby enemies toward him. The more time spent in the air, the more damage this ability will do (up to a maximum of 125 points.)
This ability features it's own landing indicator while Doomfist is in the air.
Rising Uppercut
An uppercut punch where Doomfist launches enemies in front of him (up to 2) into the air with him, while also damaging them.
Rocket Punch
A charge-up ability where Doomfist lunges forward, knocking the enemy back. It will deal additional damage if the enemy makes impact with a wall.
Rocket Punch has 4 stages of charge that can be released at any time, as well as cancelled.
Meteor Strike (Ultimate)
His ultimate ability where he leaps into the sky and comes crashing back down with a devastating blow to the ground, causing significant damage to all enemies in it's target area.
The Best Defense... (passive)
When Doomfist deals damage with his abilities (with the exception of Hand Cannon), he will generate temporary personal shielding.
