Sorry for the obnoxious request, but does anyone happen to have an extra/unused Warcraft 3 Frozen Throne CD Key they would be willing to pm me? I have like 3 copies of Reign of Chaos, and 2 Frozen Throne cases lying around with no CD key to be found, and I've been wanting to jump back into Dota prior to Dota 2's release.

Tried LoL, couldn't get into it, and I suppose now that HoN is free, I should give it a go. I didn 't jump to buy it on Battle.net because I have purchased at least 2 or 3 copies over the years (only to lose the jewel case with the CD key), and feel I've quite supported Blizzard at this point. If charity does not prevail, then yeah I'll just go do that instead.

Yeah, I think mine had the CD key on the disc itself so nobody could just steal the CD key from the retailer. Dota 2 hype has me contemplating the 20.00 purchase, just wanted to look around first before getting a new copy.

You can buy CD-keys online from Chinese sites for $5 and they're redeemable on your Battle.net account.

I used a site called g2buy. Don't know if they're still up or not, you should do a quick Google search to find out.

I bought a Diablo 2 CD-key for $4.75 using Pay Pal, and you can get Warcraft 3 from there too.

Ya those that Asian sites work fine, i've had friends buy W3, SC1 and D2 keys from there. I do have a TFT key that is unused however it's at my parents house along with my D2 keys.

Dude, just sign up for a League of Legends account if you want some quick DOTA action. It might not fulfill the nastalgia, but no one needs to be paying 20 bucks for a Warcraft 3 expansion this day and age.
