    Problem logging into Bioware Social Network account

    Hey guys, I just want to know if anyone else encountered a problem logging into their account on Bioware's Social Network site? For some strange reason whenever I try to log in with my username and password, it would redirect me elsewhere and ask me to create a new account. This also meant that I'm locked out of my Dragon Age: Origins saves because the DLCs are linked to that account. I'm worried that it would also lock me out of Dragon Age II, Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2 save files. I've tried e-mailing EA's customer service but I haven't heard a reply from them. I'm wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue?
