    Overview

Dream Shopper is an action/puzzle game developed and published by Sanritsu for the arcade platform.

    Gameplay

In Dream Shopper there are two different stage types that alternate and increase in difficulty.

    First Stage Type

The first type of stage consists of the player on a board with multiple squares consisting of point amounts, holes, or fruit. On each of these stages there is a point threshold that must be reached to win. The player moves from square to square and can pick up whatever is under. The board is blacked out unless the player moves across the fruit square in the middle. The fruit square can only be used a set number of times.

Once a square has been collected it will stay lit up and look like a hand bag. Sometimes a frog will pop out and hop across the board, giving bonus points to the player for every square that it crosses which is the same color as the frog.

There are also some squares that contains a bomb. Once the player has touched a bomb square there are a couple of seconds to leave the area or get blown up.

On the board there are various pit squares in which the player will fall into and lose a life if walked across.

    Second Stage Type

The second type of stages in Dream Shopper are labeled as "Act #" where the # is the stage number. In these stages it is up to the player to try and rescue the girl. In order to rescue her, the player must make their way up through the stages pathways and avoid the enemies.
