So I'm near the end the of the game. I load it up and percentages of completion are all over the place. What I mean is, my autosave is a lower completion than my last hard save. Also in sanctuary there are 5 characters that are rescued, that I never rescued. In fact I was missing the one I had rescued near the beginning of the game. The last thing I noticed were chests being open that I never opened.

some gnomes have been playing on your game file obviously :)

Well as long as they aren't the underpants gnomes I'll give them a pass.
