Dynasty Warriors 6: Empires

Dynasty Warriors 6: Empires is much like the previous empires expansions in the Dynasty Warriors series. It features an empire mode in which the player takes the role of a general and builds up a kingdom through conflict with all the Chinese provinces. The player can also take the position of a simple Officer rather than Lord of the empire and do quests to better the success of the Kingdom, much like the player does in Dynasty Warriors Online. 

The game also features a character creation mode like some of the previous games . It now boasts 100 save slots other than the standard 10 from previous entries.  Downloadable costumes have been made available free of charge for use in CAW mode.

The Characters Cao Pi, Ling Tong, Ma Chao, Yue Ying, Zhang He and Taishi Ci all have new moves in Dynasty Warriors 6: Empires which were not in Dynasty Warriors 6 but were included in the PS2 'Special' Version' of the game but many characters still have cloned movesets with Xu Huang, Guan Ping and Lu Meng all sharing the same fighting style.   The Nanman leader Meng Huo has also been reintroduced after his absence in the standard version of Dynasty Warriors 6.
