    Okay Ive had a hack and slash itch recently and I just bought DW8 Empires on sale a week or so ago but the Empires part of it is a little much cause I don't know what anything does. This week Samurai Warriors 4-II is on sale and I want to know if that game is more straight forward about just going from mission to mission killing tons of enemies.

    Do the non empires games have more action and less menu based strategy stuff than the empires games?

    What can you tell me about Samurai Warriors 4-II specifically?

    Yeah they're way more staight forward. SW 4 and SW4-2 have the best combat in the series in my opinion. So much faster.
