@Superkenon: Yeah it's not that weird , maybe it's just me imagining the controller being bigger than it actually is I haven't seen an Xbox controller in a while , the dualshock is smaller both the face buttons and the right tumbstick are relative closer to each other and that is what seems "normal" to me.

Why did he have to put the controller next to the TV when chatting with Gramps? why not just hold up the remote to his face (assuming the remote is the camera in this case)?
@rebgav: I dunno, I use a 360 controller for some of my PC gaming, and have no problem switching between that and dualshock3. Also I don't think the angle of difference is as severe as you think, I'm just eyed up the difference in position of my thumb on the right stick and in the middle of the face buttons on the 360 pad and it looks like about 30 degrees, but YMMV of course.
@Mystyr_E: It's the same button layout as the Snes had.
@rebgav: I used to do that as a result of growing up with the N64, but over time I must have readjusted for whatever reason. I'm sure if you don't think about it, you'll make the adjustment without realising. Alternatively you could induce some intense RSI, who knows?
I was really hoping for a name change and console design change. It looks and sounds so much like the Wii that the average asshole who buys games for their kids won't know the difference.
Otherwise some cool stuff, presented very poorly. I just want to know about games. I like the controller, though. Until I know about games the rest of this stuff is worthless.
That Super Mario clip looked great, much better than NSMB style.
Yeah that weird curtain thing was so Nintendo, made me chuckle.
Seriously though, liking some of what they've shown. Least Nintendo are starting to open up internet-wise. New controller makes me happy as I dislike the GamePad's size. Any news if it'll be friends codes again? Surely not in this day and age. Some of the user chat stuff seems neat, glad he also acknowledged the revealing of spoilers through that system to but wonder how they'll handle that. Still, it's all about the games and I might need more then just Nintendo first party titles to be serious about purchasing the Wii U. Excited for a Nintendo HD console though, they do great art.

Ok, that video with the Nerd was just offensive.
I laughed at the part with the old man, though.
Does it make it alright if that guy is a huge nerd, and an excellent animator/designer? Myke Chilian. IMDB

Maybe, but i still don't consider that as good video game related humor.
Did you watch the Mega 64 guys on the Konami Pre-E3 show?
I don't know if the stuff in this video is this guys responsibility (most probably not), but anyway, bad video game humor.
