Alright, duders...E3 2015 is a week away. It’s the 20th Anniversary of the very first E3 too, which for those of you who are not mathematically inclined, that means it’s the 21st E3! Well, if you've been around Giant Bomb for a while, you know that ever since 2009, the moderators have held a contest for the community to create the banners that will be placed at the top of each press conference's discussion thread. Whether you're a Photoshop master or a can't find the color red in MS Paint, you could win! So, read the rules carefully and start making pretty, awesome, terrible, and/or funny stuff!

The Prizes

Each of the eight winners will get a free month of premium membership on GiantBomb.com. If you're already are a premium member, an extra month will be added to your current subscription.

As an added bonus this year, each winner will have VIP (blue) status in Giant Bomb chat during E3, which includes the press conferences and the nightly Bombcasts. That means no cooldown for you! Just keep in mind that we will remove this privilege if you abuse it.

The Rules

• You each can submit up to THREE banners for EACH press conference. So, if you've got multiple genius ideas for these newcomers, Bethesda and Square, have at it!
• Although you can submit many banners, you can only win ONCE. For example, if you win Microsoft, you can't win Sony. We gotta spread the love.
• All banners must be 650 x 150.
• In spite of @zombiepie and @Trace, animated GIFs are still legal.
• General forum rules apply (i.e. no nudity or otherwise NSFW stuff).
• Deadline is the night of Saturday, June 13.
• While everyone is encouraged to discuss and pick their favorites, winners are chosen only by the moderators.

I hope I can find the time to work on some again this year. Unfortunately, things have gotten really busy at work, on top of everything else I have going on.

@winternet: AMD is still going pretty strong. Their graphics cards aren't as popular as nVidia's, their processors aren't as popular as Intel's, but they are viable alternatives.

AMD are likely going to unveil their new 300 series video cards at the event themselves, but they're trying to make this thing a big PC gaming press conference. There are a bunch of companies stated to appear, including Blizzard, Microsoft, Square, Bohemia, Devolver, Paradox and a bunch more.

It has the potential to be pretty cool having a press conference dedicated to PC gaming stuff, when that stuff is normally very console driven. The only issue is that it's on Tuesday evening, after the show floor has been open for an entire day, so there probably aren't going to be any big announcements of things that are actually being shown at the show.

@marino Looks like the article isn't showing up in the forums, that should help bring attention to this.

Whoah, E3 starts sooner than I thought. I hope Scalebound makes an appearance. Sadly, that's one of the few games I bought an Xbox One for...

@dirtysammiches: That first one is amazing. Never would have even thought to include her, but she pretty much is the face of Ubisoft at this point.

Just something quick I put together. Not expecting to win this as there are much better photoshoppers out there than me, but I think I have a VATS shot.

Didn't have anything going on this morning, pumped these out. I'm sure there will be better ones, but I had fun with it. Thanks!

And AMD is doing something this year? Wtf?

Basically, AMD and PC Gamer fronted the cash for an event with their names on it. Expect lots of stuff that either isnt on consoles or didnt get into one of the big three. Not sure if Valve will be there, but i'll be surprised if they aren't somewhere, and that seems like the place for "Hey guys, Steam Machines!"

Why isn't Lockdown hard-baked into the webpage? I don't even want the option to turn it off.

Huh, I haven't heard about this. Sounds kinda interesting.

Banner 1: Tried to keep this as simple as possible. There's no good quality official logo out there for Fallout 4 (that I could find) and Bethesda's is rather bland, so I made use of the little square in the corner and put everything in it. The gif portion is a little lower quality that I would like, but hey... they're finicky.

Edit: Also, there's not a good loop involving the dog anywhere, but this was probably the most adorable moment from the entire trailer.

Banner 2: I found a Fallout 4 logo! Simple again, I'm feeling minimalist today and have taken about 6 months off working with photoshop.

Banner 3: No, I don't know what I was thinking when I made this. Deal with it.

Banner 4: I think this speaks for itself.

Banner 5: Rejoice for Ubi is Soft.
