Of all the games discussed and shown at E3 2017, what are you most looking forward to playing? My number 1 has to be Super Mario Odyssey, but I was also surprised by how excited I am to play Mario +Rabbids and Wolfenstien II. How about you?

The twenty-third annual Electronic Entertainment Expo took place June 13-15, 2017 at the Los Angeles Convention Center in Los Angeles, California.
E3 2017 Game of the Show
Probably Metro Exodus. I'm also interested in The Last Night as well as Metroid Prime 4. We still don't know anything about Metroid Prime 4 other than it's not by Retro, which is slightly worrisome, but still it was awesome to see it there. The Last Night just looked cool, with the way they use the pixelated visuals and the Blade Runner-esque setting. I love Metro, and I was not expecting to see Exodus there. That's probably my game of the show. Cup Head looks neat; I saw some people talk about it on here, but I never personally looked into it myself, but that retro art design is awesome. Those are the games that surprised and excited me most I believe. Odyssey looks great, but we knew about that already so I wouldn't call it my game of the show. I'm not sure about Anthem, I still have questions about that. It looked impressive just the visuals and its scope, but will it focus more on online play and the developers wanting the player to create their own story through the adventure in that world? That doesn't excite me. I want the tried and true Bioware story with characters that are fleshed out and beloved, if that can be upheld with a decent story to stick through then everything falls into place if the game really is as what was shown.
Three games I'm definitely going to get unless something horrible happens: Wolfenstein 2, Dishonored Outsider (just because I'm huge fan of the Dishonored games and DLC) & Life is Strange before storm.
I'm definitely interested in the new Metro and Anthem but still need to see more of those before I think of playing them. The rest of it I'm not interested in for now.
Uncharted, God of War, Wolfenstein 2, Dishonored Outsider, Spider-Man, Days Gone, Far Cry 5, Shadow of War, Metroid 3DS, Beyond Good & Evil 2, Ashen also looked cool
1. Mario Odyssey - Gameplay looks sooooo good and to think I can take it with me on the go... Chicken dinner for Mario this year!
2. The Evil Within 2 - I love survival horror and the first one had some great moments
3. Mario + Rabbids - Looks fresh and fun!
4. Wolfenstein II - I mean, come on, have you seen the trailer?
5. God Of War - If the gameplay can back the graphics, then, damn.
Good thing is, all 5 are not too far from release either!
Anthem and Metro were looking a bit 'too good to be true'. Both of them obvious vertical slices and when those turn into full games they often have to sacrifice a lot (in gameplay and graphics). So maybe next E3.
Mario Odyssey
Mario vs Rabbids
Wolfenstein II
not really a strong showing from anyone this year for me.
The new Wolfenstein looks so good that I actually went and bought The New Order while it was on sale, and I loved Dishonored 2, so I definitely want to play Death of the Outsider.
1. God of War: Looks epic, great, and like they've updated the format.
2. Anthem: Hopefully that's how it'll actually look. A good/better version of Destiny sounds good to me since I find Destiny underwhelming.
3. Spider-Man: Other than it maybe relying on QTE a bit much, it looked great. Insomniac was the perfect dev to give the game to and I don't think they'll do QTE too much.
Honorable Mentions: Metro and State of Decay 2. I've never played either franchise but I'm interested in these newest entries.
Mario + Rabbids may be the thing that pushes me from "I'll get a Switch eventually" to "I need to get a Switch soon". So I guess that's my game of the show? 2017 is a real weird year you guys.
Also, I appreciate the buzz around Wolf II making people acknowledge the greatness of The New Order. Definitely a game that felt slept on in its time and deserved better.
Probably Hidden Agenda, which I'm still pissed didn't make it on Sony's mainstage. Until Dawn was my favorite game of 2015, I played through it 3 times with different friend groups and it was a delight every time. Making another game in that style with actual multiplayer and The Resistance-style "hidden agendas" is a brilliant, brilliant idea.
Honorable mentions for Wolfenstein II, A Way Out and AC: Origins.
The more I've seen of Dragonball FighterZ the more it has solidified it's top spot. Wolfenstein II, Super Mario Odyssey, Ni No Kuni II, Skull and Bones, and God of War are the other games I'm excited about.
Ubisoft had the best conference and my favorite reveal is a Dragonball game. What a bizzare E3!
From the press conferences, probably Monster Hunter World, which just seems like a good opportunity to try out a series I couldn't get into because of it being a portable game until now. Otherwise I'm still excited to see Kingdom Hearts and Ni No Kuni 2, and I'm sure there are a bunch of other things I didn't see because I haven't followed E3 outside of GB's streams.
I heard Yakuza 6 is there though so... maybe that too.
@meetthepyro: For games that are coming out this year, I am with you that all those 3 games looked the best. Probably will buy all those day 1.
There were quite a few games at the years show that I'm excited to see more of. Anthem for sure is a big question mark for me but color me interested from the little bit they showed.
For stuff coming out this year, its mostly Switch games (Arms, Splatoon 2, Mario+Rabbids and Mario Odyssey) all look great. Honestly pretty much all of what Nintendo showed I am interested in and will probably pick up for my Switch as it comes out over the next couple of years (Metroid Prime 4 is a 2019 game, lets be honest).
Destiny 2 is the only other game that i'm super interested in this year.
Game of the Show for me probably goes to Super Mario Odyssey.
A Way Out looks like it could be a fun couch co-op game.
I thought The Last Night looked like a cool looking game.
1. Anthem (most unknowns, but looks really sharp)
2. Dishonored : Death of the Outsider (Dishonored's DLC was some of my favorite downloadable content last generation and this looks great)
Best trailer was Wolfenstein for me. The bit at the end is great, but the way the trailer itself was cut together was really unconventional and cool.
I'm also really excited for Splatoon 2. My friend and I really enjoyed the first one and I find the Splatoon "universe" endlessly charming and eccentric. I'm really hoping the single player portion of the sequel nails the music in a similar fashion to the first. I listen to the single player Splatoon tracks all the time.
WarGroove and the Dishonored 2 standalone thingy. I'd be interested in A Way Out if I had anyone to play it with.
Probably A Way Out, Wolfenstein II, and Mario Odyssey.
I'd put Metroid Prime 4 in there but we didn't actually see the thing. I'd also put SOTC remake but that's a remake. I'd also put half life 3 but it doesn't exist.
Also I squealed at Undertale on PS4
Super Mario Odyssey and Wolfenstein II had the biggest impact for me. As a fan of Resident Evil 4, I am also curious about The Evil Within 2 as well.
There was nothing really mind blowing at the show. There was enough talk of an Evil Within 2 that even that wasn't a surprise, and most of the really promising stuff we already knew about or assumed was coming this year.
If I had to pick one, Super Mario Odyssey threw me on my ass when I saw what the game actually was. (Man I really need a Switch)
I couldn't really choose one. Anthem, Mario XCOM, DB Fighter Z, State of Decay 2, Monster Hunter World.
Monster Hunter World and Anthem are my number one interests from E3.
But it really looks like I'll be buying a Switch soon with a new Metroid game coming out. Don't know when, especially not when the most we've seen of a new Metroid and a Switch Pokemon game have been "Yeah, we're making it."
Mario + Rabbids and Super Mario Odyssey were the games that made me go from "I don't know if I'll ever get a Switch" to "I need one of these and sooner rather than later". So, from that alone I'd have to say Nintendo had a very good conference. However, neither is my Best of Show. That goes to Dragon Ball FighterZ. Fighting games are my favorite genre. That game looks beautiful and judging from impressions from the show, plays great. Being developed by Arc System Works, I have no doubts that it's true. I hope they announce a beta soon because I can't wait to play it.
