According to Jeff it's even worse than that 50 Cent game (3 stars), so probably.

yeah, i heard it's a game you play through once for 4 hours, just for the jokes and there really isn't a need to play it again.

This game just looks bad, 50 Cent looks so over the top that its amazing. I am going to go with that one instead.

It depends on how many they shipped.  If they knew the game wasn't going to be great, maybe they shipped a very low number of copies?

I know my store only got two for the 360 and one for the PS3. We've since sold them and been restocked but this isn't a blockbuster by any stretch of the imagination.

Alas, it appears that this was one of those games with a great premise that the actual gameplay can't back up. The idea of playing as a washed up video game star reliving his cliched past while wisecracking is awesome. Unfortunately, it plays like a horrible Gears of War rip off with horribly frustrating difficulty at times. With just a little more effort and expertise this could have been epic but as it is I too will be waiting until it drops a good bit more.

Wasn't great. some pretty good laughs but I got it on the second, finished it with 65 percent of the tropies and traded it in. Wish I had rented. no reason to go back.

But some good jokes...

Sounds like Next Gen Shovelware.

They seemed to have all the rights ingredients, but it seems it was not executed well.

I saw this game in the store today just randomly and I thought to myself "Hmmm, I might buy this.... if I had a PS3 and had already played through Metal Gear Solid 4, LittleBigPlanet, Killzone 2, and was immortal so that my time was of no tangible value."

That was based on the title and cover art alone. I did not get it.
