When I first saw this game unveiled I could not wait to get my hands on it.  I was not dissapointed when I finally played the full version of the game.  Everything is done from a specific point of view, not that its the only point of view as you are free to discover ways to get the avatar from checkpoint to checkpoint.  It is a very refreshing and novel take on puzzle games.  Anyone who is a fan of thinking outside the box should give this game a try because this game is full of challenging puzz...

However instead of directly controlling the character you control the games camera, which is where the main gameplay as...

    Echochrome Review 1

I don't usually play too many puzzle games, but when I downloaded the demo for Sony's new puzzler, Echochrome on the psp, I was hooked. The game drops you into an M.C. Escher type of puzzle making you walk around and collect "echoes" of other figures in the environment. You must manipulate the world around you by turning the camera to change the perspective of the puzzle. You may be on a low platform all by itself, and you have to get to a higher platform above you, but they are not connected. S...

A Mind-Bending Puzzle Experience that Defies Perception 0

Echochrome, released for the PlayStation 3, is a truly unique and mind-bending puzzle game that challenges players to think in unconventional ways. With its minimalist aesthetic and clever gameplay mechanics, it stands as a shining example of how simplicity can give rise to complex and thought-provoking experiences. At its core, Echochrome is a game about perspective and perception. Players guide a silhouetted figure through Escher-esque environments, where optical illusions and mind-boggling spa...
