Eileen lost both her mother and father early in her life. She was raised by her grandfather, who was a "Kou-Ken" martial arts master from China. As well as receiving training from her grandfather, Eileen earned her skills in a Beijing opera troupe. After witnessing a martial arts demonstration by Pai Chan (another character in the Virtua Fighter series), Eileen has made it a goal to meet Pai. She enters the Fifth World Fighting Tournament to meet her celebrity idol.
