    Overview

    Elliot plays a minor role at the very end of Resident Evil: Outbreak's Outbreak scenario. He, along with fellow RPD officers Harry and Eric, are attempting to set up a bomb to destroy the horde of zombies in front. However the zombies soon break through the blockade and swarm Elliot and Eric, killing them both.
