    Empires in Ruins is a plot-driven strategy game where the player takes the grumpy Sergeant Hans Heimer in order to quell a rebellion, repel an enemy, and survive a conspiracy for power.

    The game plays on two separate levels, the main/campaign map, turn based 4X inspired, with social and military management, and the battles, 26 real time fights where Tower Defense and RTS mechanics merge for fast paced action.
