Found this game on Steam the other day, put about 90min in or so. Super cute art, cozy music and just a pretty solid typing game. Instead of being on rails you run around on a (occasionally awkward to control) fox, and look for secrets and new paths. It's kind of zelda style where you go into dungeons off of a world map, and can do things in different order sometimes, but it's mostly a set progression.
The typing mixes itself up from other games like Typing of the Dead by introducing a magic system. You unlock spells over the course of the game that lets you access different parts of the map and has their own combat mechanics. You switch by just typing out "ice" or "fire" etc. Ice will freeze enemies temporarily to buy you time and fire will burn off the next word in sequence on an enemy, letting you leave them to burn out on their own while you focus elsewhere.
It even has a minor upgrade system! Like making the fox go faster, or combo related stuff (you keep up a combo meter by typing real good), or making the magics bettererer.
THIS GAME IS COOL! Anyone else play this? I've seen almost no buzz at all about it, extra evidenced by the fact these boards had zero threads on it. Seems kind of sad for this cool little thing.
