Overview
The game follows the latest Formula 1 season of 2013. Including all the drivers, teams and featuring 19 events in locations all over the world. The game will correspond with all the regulations and changes of the 2013 season.

Releases
Xbox 360 BoxartF1 2013 will launch with two versions. F1 2013 and F1 2013 Classic Edition. Both versions will have the 2013 season and the 1980s classic pack including 10 former race drivers, 5 cars and Circuito De Jerez and Brands Hatch.
F1 2013 Classic Edition will feature the above and 1990s pack and classic race track pack.
Shortly after release these packs will be purchasable as downloadable content.
Classic Mode
1988 Williams-Judd FW12F1 2013 will introduce a new mode, where players can drive in iconic cars on tracks of the past. Codemasters first announced this mode on the reveal of F1 2013 on July 15, 2013. Players will be introduced to the mode by former British television commentator Murray Walker through a series of videos.
The mode will feature
- Cars from 1980s and 1990s
- Classic race tracks
- Famous past drivers
- HUD will be in the style of the TV broadcasts of that time
- Ability to drive old cars on current tracks and new cars on classic tracks
Classic 1980s content
- 10 former race drivers, including Nigel Mansell, Mario Andretti and Gerhard Berger
- 5 classic cars from Ferrari, Lotus and Williams, including the Williams FW07, Williams-Judd FW12 Lotus T100.
- Circuito De Jerez and Brands Hatch
Classic 1990s content
- 7 former race drivers, including David Coulthard, Jacques Villeneuve, Eddie Irvine and Alain Prost
- 6 classic cars from Ferrari and Williams, including the Ferrari F399, Williams FW14B and FW18
Classic Circuits
- Imola, past Grand Prix of San Marino
- Estoril, past Grand Prix of Protugal
