    Why has he appeared? I've never purchased See the Future. And even the achievements for See the Future have appeared. I haven't done the quest yet, yet I don't understand why he appeared right after I downloaded Knothole Island.

    He'll appear regardless, and give you a couple of treasures. He will ask you if you want to actually download the content to travel. It's kind of like the developers promoting their DLC inside of their own game.

    I forgot I posted this here.
    Murgo, surprisingly, never asked me if I wanted to download See the Future. I got the Snowglobe and the rest of the random items, and I did that quest. Then I received the Skull and did that quest. Same with the Tattered Spire, I saw the future and then the Royal Outfit was in my inventory. At this point, I am convinced that when I bought Knothole Island, I glitched-bought See the Future aka got it for free somehow. This is the best glitch in the game.
