Can anybody tell me when I need to donate to the Temple of Light to get the reward? When is the sun at it's zenith? I sat for 24 minutes trying every hour in the game and I am pissed off.

12PM-1PM noon is Zenith. Donate 10,000 gold and you'll get a mediocre Legendary weapon.

yeh i was pissed at the weapon,
however it says that if you put in more money your reward will be more "holy"
is there anyone who has got a better weapon from it then that fan thing?

You could always go to the demon door in Oakfield and get the same weapon.

Zenith = highest point.  Watch the beam of sunlight shining into the temple for your clue; when the sun is highest it's beam shines closest towards the little pool of water in the center of the temple, making that noon.  Or if you wanna take the easy way out you can just hit start to go into your menu and there's a game clock at the top-right of the screen.  Your window is from noon to 1pm to donate 10,000 gold which gets you the Rising Sun which is a cleaver; medium damage with a unique mod.
