So someone hacked into my account. I just thought it would be something simple to change the password and that's it. But apparently not. They also have the password to my email. So right now they're spreading white Nazi bullshit to my friends and threatening my girlfriend. At this point we're on the phone with the police department. During that phone call I even got a phone call from my own number. Guy left a voicemail too. Said his name was Rukus (or something like that). It was a pretty disturbing voicemail. So far here's a pic:

Just straight up Nuke/delete your facebook and email accounts before people who are too dumb to realize what a hacked account is get legitimately angry/offended with you forever.

When you talk to the police play up the threats he has been making, it's the only way they will take this seriously at all.

I've contacted the police. They said get down as much info as I can. So I'm hanging on to at least my email.

I don't know dude. You could have every person that you know that has been affected by this email Facebook to let them know. It might take them a while to deal with it as I'm assuming that they get tons of emails every day. Also, which email provider are your referring to?
 
I don't really know what to tell you. The local police won't do anything about this because this is totally out of their hands. The only other thing I could think of is to tweet it and hope that your other friends re-tweet it. In an ideal situation, you and/or your friends will know enough people that it will become a trending topic and the company in question will see what is going on at some point soon. It's highly unlikely that will happen though.
