I would be very grateful if someone could explain to me how to modify my game. I've bought the GOTY edition on Steam. I have almost zero knowledge on how to add mods. I'm looking to install texture mods, quest mods, new weapons/skins and other minor improvements (weather, etc). If someone could explain this to me as they would explain it to a technologically incapable child, it would be much appreciated.
