Fallout 4 scratches me where I itch.
I know a lot of people dislike this game, and I'm sure they have their reasons. However, I played it through to completion a couple of years ago on the PS4 and enjoyed it fine.
I am currently having another go at it on the Xbox One X with all the DLC (and patches, presumably), and it's a fantastic experience. Gorgeous game, with an immense amount of stuff to do. I'm 80 hours in and haven't even gone to Diamond City yet. The settlement building aspect doesn't appeal to me, but I ignore it. Just wandering around the wasteland, stumbling across quests both serious and ridiculous (Silver Shroud, Cabot House), is a blast.
The only complaint I have are the radio stations. For such an enormous game, they really need to get more songs - or provide a way for users to add their own without having to go the modding route.
