I mean he can kill all the enemies in the room in 5 seconds, who else can be better than him? 

He looks good in a space helmet.

I read somewhere that there is a bug causing him have more skill points than he is supposed to. Or it could be that Obsidian made him God on purpose.

It could be that rifles are kind of overpowered in general considering nothing else hits wortha shit and he used a rifle.

I hate him. Everytime I shoot he goes "What's your problem?" or better yet "Next time let me aim that for you". The statements never make sense because I hit my targets almost all of the time. He's lame and he whines and complains too much story-wise. Maybe not to that extreme, but he is a big downer/sob story.

He allways steals my sniper kills! Well he's a pretty awesome but too bad he was with the NCR. I tried to get ranger combat armor (in the cover art) and boone started to whine about me killing NCR dudes..

Since I've put most of my early skills into speech and science, he makes a nice addition. I can hold my own in combat but, he keeps me from reaching for those stimpacks.

He is the best all rounder that is for sure. His Spotter perk makes life easy in the Wasteland :) Combine him with Rex's Search and Mark perk and you're set.

I do, after giving Boone a bunch of Incendiary rounds for his AMR. Its like wandering around Saigon in 63*, people just bursting into flames.
