So, about the implants to improve your character that are sold at the New Vegas Medical Clinic, has anyone managed to afford them all yet? I had a good 20+ thousand caps and they're all gone because of those damn upgrades. Basically I'm looking for good suggestions on how to make money fast. I've found most of the snowglobes and I killed the Van Graffs and sold off their entire store. I'm beginning to run out of ideas.

Concerning Implants and Caps
I can't keep track of all the threads, but someone posted something about incresed INT with an implant won't increase your skill points upon level up as normal. I have confirmed that this is NOT true at all, when I got the implant and moved my INT up to 8, I now get 14 points, plus my extra two for Educated perk for a total of 16 points. Before that, my INT was 7 and I got 13 points, plus 2 for the Educated perk for a total of 15.
Just thought I would make note of that.
If you've been to Bitter Springs theres a cave that has about 7 or 8k caps inside. It's booby trapped and I've forgotten the name of it, it isn't one of the khan supply caves.
Follow the moutain west, if you go past rauls hut or Brotherhood of Steel safe house you've went to far.
Not sure on the lockpick you need for it because I was pretty close to max lockpick when I found it.
" @UlquiorraSchiffer: Have you gone for the achievement The Courier Who Broke the Bank? You'll make ~35,000 caps doing it: ~9-10k at Gomorrah, ~10k at the Tops and ~15k at Ultra Luxe. "That's way too easy but is probably the best way to get easy caps. Don't forget about the casino in freeside.
Does anyone have any tips for making money at the casinos? I seem to be roughly a 1000 caps down at each. And no I don't want to save and reload 800000 times :-)
Roulette, split 100/100 on 1st 12, and 2nd 12. You have 2/3 chance to make 100 chips each roll.
Blackjack, well its black jack. High Luck will help you out. Dealer draws under 16, stays at 17.
If you want a lot of money and gear, just get the quest at Silver Rush to bring Cass, then bring her, then close the door behind you and when the guy wants to kill her, just go "nah" and kill everybody. If you have, say, power gloves, and just hide in the bathroom, occasionally using grenades to uproots dudes stuck on geometry, you can take out everyone. And sweet Jesus there's so much good shit in there you'll be able to pimp out your companion and yourself, then probably sell about 15k wortha extra shit.
Just explore and do side quests, I have easily around 100k caps atm, no cheats or exploits, no gambling or caravan, just from selling loot.
Money should not really be an issue in F:NV, if you don't have enough it just means you have not explored enough yet.
" The gambling seems to be the best way to go about it. I guess I will try that; thanks guys. "Just be an amoral cad like myself and you will get all of the sex, guns, and caps your heart desires. On my first playthrough, I looted and lied so much that I was able to accumulate a massive fortune without breaking a sweat.
Trust me, life's good on the dark side.
