    So I did Can you run it and apparently it only has options for the minimum requirements. I am terrible with this stuff and was wondering if anyone could help me out,  
     
    my specs 
    CPU Speed-  2.8 GHz 
    Ram-2.0 GB 
    OS-XP 
    Videocard-ATI Radeon HD 3400 series

    I'm almost positive you could, yeah, I'm running it on a similar system I built for myself back in mid-2007 and the game runs absolutely perfect, on fairly high settings too.  Here's my specs below to dispel any fears you may have:
     
     

    Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU 6600 @ 2.40GHz (2 CPUs)
    Memory: 2046MB RAM
    Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS
    Operating System: Windows XP Professional (5.1, Build 2600) Service Pack 3 (2600.xpsp.080413-2111)
    Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3R (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard

    I ran Oblivion with a card similar to an HD 3450 (an 8400 GS), but I could only get smooth framerates at 800x600 with everything turned down to low.

    Nvidia GeForce 9500 GT
    Athlon 2X @ 2.1GHZ
     
    Runs fine on medium... a little laggy on Ultra
    Try this website... it ain't perfect but it's usually right.
