I'm playing it on PC and generally it runs really well. However, aside from dudes being stuck in the ground, I am having a serious issue. After about every 2 hours or so, if I enter V.A.T.S. while play, my system will blue screen. It has happened to me three times and it is kinda pissing me off.

 Ok, after playing for an hour or so, I've encountered several bugs, not that significant, but certainly noticeable. The biggest one was when I quit and then reloaded the game I found out that my last quick save file was not registered and has now gone back to the first quick save file, which was saved right after I customized my character at the good doctor's home. Anyone else encounter a similar problem?    

Only one significant bug so far. I fast traveled and while it was loading the game crashed to the XMB.  Only has happened once.
